hii! welcome to my site
i've never coded anything until i had to code on scratch for school. that was fun, but that didn't help in website making..i've also made carrds and rentries too. i've been on spacehey, and that was my first taste of anything that had to do with real html/css. i made this website to express myself, and i hope the parts you see on my site show you some aspects of me
my neocities join date is on january 17th, 2024, BUT i deactivated it soon after because i had no idea how to create pages and make my website. then, i reactivated my site on august 24th of that same year. i got discouraged from coding, so i deactivated my website again, and that lasted ~3 months until i decided to commit to learning html/css. so... with the help of w3schools, free templates, the inspect element, and the INTERNET, my website became what it is now!!
TO-DO: finish summer homework, talk to my friends more instead of ghosting them, finish unfinished website pages

fun facts about my site:
- lemme just make it clear. i didn't make my website to be nostalgic at all! i just wanted to make something, you know?
- i mainly use flexbox and margin: auto; for almost EVERYTHING.
- >hey! guess what?! CHICKEN BUTT! AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHHA!!
- i started coding html/css for the first time by using this as a guide/template.
- i made my first (badly put-together) version of my site with this template. thank you mochizuki hajime!!
- sakura miku is hatsune miku because EVERY MIKU IS CANON
- this was made on google chrome

why is your site name called "vanilla milkshake"? :P
i called it vanillamilkshake because i made the site name on a whim. i had no idea what to call this website, so i thought of something random, like my favorite food or drink. i liked vanilla milkshakes, so i decided to make that my website name..and it stuck!how long did it take you to make your website?
since there are still pages of my site i need to work on, my website isn't even finished. it basically took me one SCHOOL YEAR to make my current homepage. i don't think my site will ever be finished because i always have new ideas for this site. that's a good thing because i won't abandon this website anytime soon.why is your site title "heaven on earth"?
even though the world is cruel, there are good parts to it too. there are people who make earth heavenly. there will be a heaven on earth someday, and i like the concept of 'heaven on earth'.why does it take so long for you to finish your webpages
i have to focus on schoolwork and LIFE. i have other hobbies too... :P
